基于軋前凸度信息的冷連軋機板形平坦度前饋控制方法
Flatness feed-forward control based on measured values of incoming strip profile

摘要: 提出了基于冷軋前帶鋼板凸度在線實測信息的板形平坦度前饋控制方法,建立了冷連軋板形平坦度預測控制模型,通過與實際值比較驗證了其正確性,并對板形平坦度前饋控制策略和板形平坦度前饋控制模型進行了研究.在此基礎上以國內某條在軋機入口裝備有板廓檢測儀的1550mm五機架六輥UCMW冷連軋機組為對象,建立了一套完整的板形平坦度前饋控制模型和離線仿真系統.仿真結果表明,在前饋控制模型投入的情況下,由于來料帶鋼板凸度變化所造成的成品帶鋼板形平坦度波動明顯減弱,達到了進一步提高成品帶鋼板形質量的目的.Abstract: This paper proposed a flatness feed-forward control method based on the on-line measured data of strip profiles at the entrance and constructed a flatness predictive control model for tandem cold rolling mills, the correctness of which was verified by comparing with actual values. On the base of studies on the flatness feed-forward control strategy and the flatness feed-forward control model, a complete set of flatness feed-forward control models and the corresponding off-line simulation system were established for a 1550UCMW tandem cold rolling mill equipped with a profile instrument at the entrance. Simulation results showed that when the flatness feed-forward control model was used, finishing strip flatness fluctuation caused by the variation of incoming strip profiles weakened obviously, leading to further improvement in the quality of finishing strip flatness.
