寬板坯連鑄結晶器內液面波動的數值模擬

Numerical simulation on the surface fluctuation of molten steel in a wide slab continuous casting mold

  • 摘要: 以安鋼寬板坯連鑄為研究對象,采用大型商業軟件ANSYSCFX10.0,應用VOF法重點研究浸入式水口傾角、拉速、鑄坯斷面寬度等工藝參數對結晶器內自由表面液面波動的影響.結果表明:隨著結晶器寬度從1800mm增大到3250mm,結晶器內液面平均波高明顯降低.當寬度為1800mm時,結晶器保護渣-鋼液界面平均波高為5.33mm;當寬度增至3250mm時,平均波高為7.08mm.

     

    Abstract: The effect of the angle of submerged entry nozzles, casting speed, and cross-section width of slabs on the surface fluctuation in a mold of Anyang Iron & Steel was researched with the VOF model of commercial software ANSYS CFX10.0. The results show that with the mold width increasing from 1 800 mm to 3 250 mm, the average wave height of liquid level in the mold decreases significantly. When the width is 1 800 mm, the average wave height of the mold flux-molten steel interface is 5.33 mm; when the width is 3 250 mm. the average wave height is 7.08 mm.
