轉爐除塵水用于模擬含硫煙氣脫硫的實驗研究

  • 摘要: 本文進行了轉爐除塵水脫除模擬含硫煙氣中二氧化硫的實驗研究。通過連續實驗考察了pH值、Fe2+濃度以及脫硫率等的變化規律并對FeO溶出率進行了測定;通過模擬實驗發現,保持除塵水更新率4%·min-1左右可以使除塵水pH值穩定在5~6.5之間;在參數優化的條件下用轉爐除塵水進行模擬煙氣脫硫,可以實現90%以上的脫硫率和相對穩定的Fe離子濃度和pH值.實驗研究結果為轉爐除塵水脫除鋼鐵聯合企業燒結機所排煙氣中二氧化硫的工業應用奠定了良好的基礎.

     

    Abstract: This study was concentrated on the Flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD) by waste water from converter.A continuous experiment was carried out to find out the rule of pH,Fe2+,and FGD ratio with time.The dissolution ratio of FeO was also tested.Through the simulation experiment,it was found that at the condition of controlling the waste water updating ratio with 4%·min-1,a sustainable pH with 5~6.5 can be gotten.The FGD ratio can surpass 90% together with stable Fe2+ concentration and pH by controlling some of the important factors to proper values.The results of this study set a sound base for the industrial study on this topic.
