納米級WO3-CuO復合氧化物粉末的制備

Preparation of Nanoscaled WO3-CuO Composite Powders

  • 摘要: 用超聲噴霧熱轉換法直接制成納米級非晶復合氧化物粉末,并采用XRD,TEM和TG-DSC手段研究納米WO3-CuO復合氧化物粉末的熱解與非晶向微晶的轉化過程.結果表明用超聲噴霧熱轉換法可以工業化大規模生產納米級WO3-CuO復合氧化物粉末,粉末平均粒徑<50nm,顆粒形狀為球形.

     

    Abstract: The method of airflow ultrasonic spray thermochemical process was discussed, which can be used to produce nano-scaled amorphous WO3-CuO composite powders directly. The hot decomposition process and the conversion process from amorphous to micro-crystal of the powders were investigated by XRD, TEM and TG-DSC. The results show that it is feasible to industrially produce nano-scaled WO3-CuO composite powders on a large scale by means of airflow ultrasonic spray thermochemical process. The average particle size of WO3-CuO composite powders is less than 50 nm, and their shape is spherical.
