鋁合金微弧氧化陶瓷層的耐磨性
Wear Resistance Properties of Micro-arc Oxidized Ceramic Layer

摘要: 應用微弧氧化這一高新表面改性技術在LY12鋁合金表面形成陶瓷膜層,并對其在常溫下的耐磨性能進行了對比測試與分析。實驗結果表明,微弧氧化陶瓷膜層的表面磨損外觀比較均勻,磨損痕跡也比較輕微,其表面硬度達到2500HV,是基體的10倍以上。由此可見,微弧氧化技術大大改善了鋁合金表面耐磨特性和硬度。Abstract: Ceramic layers were obtained by the micro-arc oxidation technology on LY12 aluminum alloys. The wear resistance properties of ceramic layers at room temperature were tested and analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the surface wear profile of micro-arc oxidized ceramic layers is regular and the hardness of ceramic layers is 10 times more than that of substrate. It is concluded that the wear resistance capability and hardness of aluminum alloys can be remarkably improved by the micro-arc oxidation technology.
