  • 摘要: 采用YAG激光焊接方法,通過控制激光束的能量密度和焊接速度,對鈹鋁兩種幾乎完全不相溶的金屬進行了焊接并得到了良好的接頭組織.焊縫和熱影響區的顯微組織為典型的鈹鋁共晶組織.

     

    Abstract: The two completely immiscible metals beryllium and aluminum were welded by controlling the laser beam energy and the welding speed. A satisfactory welding joint microstructure were obtained. The micro-structure of the joint and heated effected zone is typical eutectoid structure.
