Application of Integral-Fuzzy Controller for Water Treatment

  • 摘要: 設計了一種具有積分環節的模糊控制器,并由西門子S7—200系列PLC實現.將模糊-積分控制器應用于反滲透水處理設備中,結果證明可實現水處理過程電導率實時自動控制,提高了反滲透水處理過程中設備的工作效率和原水的利用率.

     

    Abstract: Fuzzy controller with integral is developed, and is realized by Siemens S7-200 PLC. This controller is applied in the reverse osmosis water-treatment equipment to control the conductivity real-time. This method raises the working efficiency of the equipment and the utilization ratio of water in reverse osmosis process.
