Computer Simulation of Flying Gage Change (FGC) on 5-Stand Tandem Cold Rolling Mill

  • 摘要: 針對某廠的5機架冷連軋機的動態變規格過程進行仿真研究.首先建立其動態變規格時的仿真系統,分析了其動態變規格過程的實現方案.然后在此基礎上對其變規格過程進行了仿真分析,指出了現在方案中的問題,提出了一種改進方案,并通過進一步的仿真說明了改進方案的可行性和有效性.

     

    Abstract: The FGC (flying gage change) process on an actual 5-stand tandem cold mill by simulation was researched. First, its FGC simulation system was given and its technology to realize FGC was analyzed. Then a simulation was done on an actual 5-stand tandem cold mill. By detailed analyzing the results, It indicated the deficiency of current technology and advanced a measure to improve the mill's dynamic characteristics. Simulation results confirmed its effectiveness and feasibility.
