冷卻過程中硼的晶界非平衡偏聚實驗觀察

Experimental Observation of Non-equilibrium Segregation of Boron on Grain Boundaries during Cooling Process

  • 摘要: 用硼徑跡照相法和透射電鏡觀察了冷卻過程中硼的晶界非平衡偏聚形成過程.實驗發現,以2℃/s冷速從1150℃冷卻到640℃的過程中,硼在晶界上的非平衡偏聚可以分成擴散行為不同的3個階段.實驗測定了晶界富集因子、富集帶寬度、貧硼區寬度和貧化因子等偏聚特征,并對有關現象進行了初步討論.

     

    Abstract: It was observed experimentally that boron segregated to grain boundaries in Fe-40%Ni alloy during cooling process by boron autoradiograph technique and transmission electron microscope. The non-equilibrium segregation of boron on grain boundaries during cooling process from 1150 to 640 ℃ at 2 ℃/s shows three stages with different boron diffusion behaviors. The rich factors, widths of rich layer, depletion factors and widths of boron depletion zone were measured. The phenomena are discussed.
