脈沖電壓對GCr15軸承鋼凝固組織的影響

Solidified Structure Improvement of GCr15 Steel with Electro-pulse Voltage

  • 摘要: 首次在實驗室條件下將電脈沖處理運用于GCr15軸承鋼凝固組織的研究,通過改變脈沖電壓得到了枝晶顯著細化的凝固組織,在一定程度上使GCr15軸承鋼的珠光體發生粗化變化.并且對電脈沖細化金屬的機理進行了探討.

     

    Abstract: Electro-pulse treatment was first used in bearing steel-GCr15 in laboratory. The experimental results show that the solidification structure is fined significantly through changing in electro-pulse voltage. Simultaneously it is found that the perlities are coarsened gradually under the electro-scanning microscope. The mechanism of EPM for improving the solidification structure has been discussed as well.
