Oxidation Character of Al2O3-C Refractory Used in Blast Furnace in Water Vapor

  • 摘要: 對高爐爐身下部用不燒Al2O3-C質耐火材料在水蒸氣環境下的抗氧化性能進行了詳細的熱力學分析和全面的氧化性能實驗.根據實驗結果,總結出其氧化規律,建立了不燒Al2O3-C質耐火材料的氧化動力學模型.此外,還對氧化前后試樣的抗折強度進行了測定和比較.

     

    Abstract: The oxidation thermodynamic analysis and a series of experiment of oxidation resistance characteristics of unsintered Al2O3-C refractory used for blast furnace in water vapor were made. According to the Induction and the analysis on many experimental results, the oxidation regularity was concluded; the oxidation kinetic model was established Besides, the strenths of samples before and after oxidation were measured and compared.
