CAS-OB鋼水同時降低Als,O和T.O的實驗研究

Experimental Study on the Reduction ofAls,O and T.O in Molten Steel CAS-OB Technolgy

  • 摘要: 為防止常規CAS-OB鋁熱法精煉鋼水時Als和TAl過高而導致連鑄時中間包水口堵塞,對用Al-CaO處理鋼水進行了實驗結果表明:用Al-CaO脫氧能夠同時降低鋼中溶解氧、總氧(10×10-6~30×10-6)和酸溶鋁量(7×10-6~12×10-6),并能控制鋼中夾雜物的形態、數量和分布.

     

    Abstract: Molten steel of high solube Al conten and total Al content can result in the tundish nozzle blockage in continuous casting when heated by Al with CAS-OB refining technology. Some experiments have been made to treat molten steel by Al-CaO complex. The results Show that deoxidization by Al-CaO complex can not only reduceAls (10x 10-6-30x 10b,O (7×10-12x 10-6) and T.O content simultaneously, but also control the morphology, amounts and distribution of the remaining inclusions in the Steel.
