Dielectric Loss of BMN/BZN-doping Industrial BaTiO3 Ceramics

  • 摘要: 采用固相反應合成了Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN),Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3(BZN)復合鈣鈦礦型粉末,并用它來改善工業BaTiO3陶瓷的介電損耗特性,實驗結果表明1300~1400℃燒結后,可獲得至密度為90%左右的瓷體。同時經頻譜阻抗分析實驗,表明這類材料隨頻率從1KHz增加到1000kHz介電損耗顯著降低,品質因數大幅度改善。

     

    Abstract: The complex perovskite compound Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN), Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3(BZN) are prepared by solid-state reaction.Doped into industrial BaTiO3, they can improve the loss quality.Results obtained here confirm that the ceramics about 90% of the theoreical density is achieved after sintering at 1 300-1 400℃.Dieletrics resonator measurements show that dielectric loss extremal reducement corresponds with frequencies increasing from 1 kHz to 1 000 kHz.
