Effect of Phosphorus on Mechanical Properties andMicrostructure in GH169(In718) Alloy

  • 摘要: 對不同磷含量5爐GH169(IN718)合金進行力學性能測試及顯微組織分析,結果表明,磷具有"反常"的強韌化作用,隨磷含量增加,GH169合金最終熱處理后的650℃持久壽命和塑性亦顯著增加.

     

    Abstract: The influence of phosphorus ranging from 10-5~1.3 × 10-4 on mechanical properties and microstructure of GH169(IN718) has been detected. The results show that phosphorus has a strengthening and toughening effect, i. e, to increase stress rupure life and ductility of GH169(IN718) at 650℃.
