  • 摘要: 論述了多元累積和控制圖的有關內容,提出了2種質量多元累積和控制圖的診斷理論,并與多元T^2控制圖進行了比較,最后通過1個實例對診斷理論的應用加以說明。

     

    Abstract: Discussed the multivariate cusum,proposed the diagnosis theory with two kinds of cusum chart and compared with the multivariate T2 chart.With a case study as a example is proposed.
