Microstructure Modelling for Phase Transformation in Low Carbon Steel

  • 摘要: 通過定量金相的方法研究了連續冷卻過程中低碳鋼的相變組織,在分析研究相變影響組織因素的基礎上,構造了低碳鋼的相變動力學模型X=1-exp(-0.642t0.086),以及相變后的鐵素體晶粒尺寸模型Dα=5.7×Dγ0.46×Cr-0.26

     

    Abstract: The microstructures of phase transformation by using quntitative metallogra phy was studied. On the basis of analyzing the effects on the microstructures of phase transformation the model of transformation kinetics X=1-exp(-0.642t0.086), and the model of ferrite grain size Dα=5.7×Dγ0.46×Cr-0.26 are constructed and obtained.
