A New Non-invasive Flow Measuring Method

  • 摘要: 提出了一種流量非接觸式測量的新方法,即用管外加熱套對被測管段加熱,因管內流體的流動使其上下游產生溫度差,由鉑膜電阻將此溫差轉換成電阻差,從而實現了利用不平衡電橋測量管內流體速度及流量的新構想.

     

    Abstract: A new method for non-invasive flow measurement is described, To heat the pipe by a clamp-on heater, the temperature difference upstream and downstream caused by flowing fluid is changed into the resistance via Pt-film resistances. Then, the flowrate can be measured using a non-balancing bridge.
