Structure and Properties of Domestic and England PAN-based Fibers

  • 摘要: 測定了國產原絲和進口原絲的力學性能,并用化學分析、凝膠滲透色譜儀、X衍射儀、熱分析儀、掃描電鏡和光學顯微鏡等手段,對原絲的化學成分、分子量、熱性能、結晶度、取向度以及微觀結構進行了研究,在此基礎上,分析和討論了原絲結構和性能之間的相互關系.

     

    Abstract: The mechanical properties of domestic and England PAN-based fibers are measured.The chemical composition, relative molecular mass, thermal property, crystalinity,orientation and microtructure of two kind of fibers are studied by chemical analysis, GPC,TGA, X-ray and SEM, etc. On the basis, the relationship between these fibers structure and the property is analysized.
