  • 摘要: 用置換溶質原子-空位復合體機制,對Al-Cu合金G.P.區異常快速形成及相應的現象進行了解釋,并與過剩空位機制和位錯機制進行了比較。

     

    Abstract: Anomalously fast formation of G.P. zone in Al-Cu alloy could be explained satisfactorily by the mechanism of solute-vacancy complex.It gives more reasonable explanation than the excess vacancy mechanism and the dislocation mechanism do.
