Synthesis of Nanocomposites of γ-TiAl+Ti2 AlN by Mechanical Alloying

  • 摘要: 研究了Ti50Al50混合粉末在氮氣氛的機械合金化過程。球磨30h后Ti50Al50混合粉末已形成非晶合金;經適當的熱處理,可原位形成納米復合材料γ-TiAl+Ti2AlN。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical alloying of Ti50Al50 in N2 was investigated.After milled 30h, the elemental powder mixtures transformed into complete amorphous phase, nanocomposites of γ-TiAl+Ti2AlN could be insitu obtained after proper annealing treatment.
