高碳鋼中的鈰碳化物

Ce-Carbide in High Carbon Steel

  • 摘要: 通過電解分離,X射線衍射等實驗,探討了鈰在高碳鋼中形成鈰碳化物應滿足的成分條件.結果表明:只有當鈰含量和碳含量均較高時,才能夠形成鈰碳化物.本實驗中,Ce:0.25%、C:1.22%的試樣即出現Ce2C3.

     

    Abstract: In this paper the existance of Ce-Carbide and its forming condition have been discussed by means of electrolytic extraction and X-Ray diffraction. The result obtained shows that it can form Ce2C3,if the content of Cerium equals 0.25% and the Carbon reachs 1.22%.
