  • 摘要: 本文利用影響函數分析方法對輥系的軸向特性進行了分析,除討論了輥系不對稱變形而引起的軸向力外,還討論了在交叉情況下,輥系受力不均勻及由此造成的變形不對稱對軸向力計算理論的影響.

     

    Abstract: The axial mechanical characters of roll system of 4-H strip mill are analyed with influential function method. The axial force of rolls caused by the non-symmetry rollling condition of roll system is discussed, besides, the effect of non-avrage force of the roll system and non-symmetry deformation on the calculating theory of axial form is studied under the condition of crossing rolls.
