薄板坯及細小方坯澆鑄技術的發展

Development of Casting Thin Slab and Thin Billet Technology

  • 摘要: 報導了國外連鑄薄板坯及細小方坯,并在線直接軋成最后成品的技術發展情況,重點介紹了SMS/Nucor公司和MDH/Arvedi公司建設的兩套生產設備。同時介紹了中國發展連鑄薄板坯及細小方坯的情況。其中一種新型離心鑄機是專為小型鋼廠生產(602~702)mm2×1500mm細小方坯設計的,可為小型軋機提供坯料。

     

    Abstract: An overview is given on world-wide activities in this field. Production facilities of SMS/Nucor and MDH/Arvedi are described. Development of thin slab and thin billet casting technology in China are reviewed. A new centrifugal caster for producing (602~702)mm2×1500mm thin billets for mini-mills in China has been designed.
