  • 摘要: 研究了液態FexO渣及堿性復雜爐渣中FexO對定氧探頭的作用。純FexO渣對探頭的ZrO2(MgO)管有強烈的侵蝕,且隨溫度的上升而加劇;堿性復雜爐渣對ZrO2(MgO)管的侵蝕較輕微,當侵蝕達到一定程度時會使探頭損壞。在堿性復雜爐渣中CaF2的作用下,渣液與ZrO2(MgO)管反應,在其表面生成鋯酸鈣,使電池電動勢達到平衡的時間后延,甚至使測定失敗。因此,它不宜用于測定高CaF2含量的堿性爐渣。

     

    Abstract: The effect of slags on the oxygen probes with ZrO2 (MgO) solid electrolyte tube was studied. The attack of pure liquid FexO on the ZrO2 (MgO) tube was sensitive, and it became intenser as the temperature increased. The attack of basic complex slags on the ZrO2 (MgO) tube was slighter than that of pure liquid FexO, and the attack phenomenon was not marked within 30 min. The ZrO2(MgO) tube reacted with slag to form calcium zirconic acid on the interface of the tube and the slag, which caused the achieving equilibrium time of the cell EMF to prolong and even to be failure.
