用南方離子型稀土礦制取混合稀土氯化物

Extraction of Mischmetal Chloride from Rare Earth Ore of South Ionic Type

  • 摘要: 本文研究了以液-液萃取法從離子吸附型稀土礦的(NH4)2SO4浸出液中提取稀土的工藝條件,試驗結果表明,對含RE2O33g/l的稀土浸出液,以P204(二2-乙基已基磷酸)為萃取劑,以5N鹽酸為反萃液最終的富集液可達到130g/l左右,此液經過濃縮蒸發可得到固體氯化稀土結晶。

     

    Abstract: The experimental results for liquid-liquid extraction show that the content of RE2O3 in last enriched solution can reach 130g/l or so. This solution is evaporated to produce the solid crystal of mischmctal chloride. The experimental conditions are as follows:extractant is D2EHPA (70%), there is 3g/1 of RE2O3 in leaching solution, and the counter solution is 5N HCI.
