冷軋機中偏心信號補償的分析與仿真

Analysis and Simulation for Compensation of the Eccentricity in a Cold Mill

  • 摘要: 本文論述了用改進的快速富里葉變換方法和最小二乘方法分析、估算在冷軋過程中由軋輥偏心引起的周期性變化信號。并以此信號為依據,控制軋鋼機的壓下系統,實現對偏心的動態補償。最后介紹了清除由于分析、估算中的誤差給偏心補償帶來的影響的措施。

     

    Abstract: Using the method of Modified Fast Fourier Transform and of least square, the periodical variation signal is produced by the eccentricity in a cold mill is detected. By means of this signal detected, the system of roll mill press down is controlled to compense the thickness variation of the strip. Finally a way of periodical correction is presented to avoid the accumulation of errors appeared in the phase computation.
