Abstract: In order to improve the ecnomical efficiency of oxygen supplying for industry in cities, we have studied out a optimal way to make a system of supplying oxygen in this paper.Thus, a scientific reference is given for planning to concentrate oxygen supplying in whole city or its part.And a decisive method is made for selection in plans of oxygen supplying and forms of oxygen transferring for a certain departmento.
