Application of Fuzzy Mathematics to Evaluation of Achievements of Research and Development

  • 摘要: 本文以模糊數學為工具,對開發研究成果進行多層次綜合評判,所得的結果較客觀地反映了該成果的實際水平,對科學的評價科研成果提供了一種方法,具有一定的實用價值。

     

    Abstract: This paper explains how to use Fuzzy mathematics as a tool to make comprehensive evaluation of achievements of scientific research and development. Work done by the author has made this kind of judgement quite objective.It has also suggested a new way of evaluating achievement of certain research and this method has been considered practically.
