Abstract

Abstract

A brownmillerite-type of Ca_0.5Sr_0.5Co_xFe_1-xO_3-δ was prepared using a solid-state reaction method in the temperature range of 1000 to 1200℃. The structure of the material was characterized by means of XRD to seek for a suitable sintering procedure. The conductivities were tested by means of DC four probes. The experimental result shows that Ca_0.5Sr_0.5Co_0.8Fe_0.2O_1-δ is a material of promising application, which has a single-phase structure and good electrical performance.
