Experimental study of mechanical properties of joints in a new-type prefabricated double cabin utility tunnel

  • 摘要: 預制裝配綜合管廊結構中,節點是結構的薄弱環節,其力學性能直接影響整體結構的變形和承載力等。本文提出了一種“U型套箍插筋連接”新型裝配式雙艙綜合管廊結構,通過4個節點足尺試件力學性能試驗,包括1個底部L型現澆邊節點試件,1個底部L型裝配邊節點試件,1個頂部L型裝配節點試件和1個底部T型裝配節點試件,以此來驗證“U型套箍插筋”連接技術的有效性。試驗得到了節點足尺試件的開裂荷載、裂縫發展規律、承載能力、破壞方式、構件延性等力學性能。試驗結果表明:新型裝配式管廊節點試件都在靠近角點區域發生彎剪破壞,具有較高的承載力和延性;采用“U型套箍插筋”連接性能可靠,能夠獲得與現澆節點試件相當的力學性能。
