Design and analysis of a series of new SST-LEJ based on tension straps

  • 摘要: 設計了一種基于大柔度的柔性鉸鏈,命名為SS-LEJ,利用等效法推導了其彎曲等效剛度的理論計算公式,通過設計實例的理論計算和ABAQUS仿真分析,驗證理論計算公式的正確性.為了有效提升SS-LEJ的抗拉壓性能,設計了4種不同位置和形狀的拉力帶的SST-LEJ,通過彎曲性能和抗拉壓性能的有限元仿真分析,得出SST3-LEJ和SST4-LEJ為4種SST-LEJ當中整體性能較優的兩種.將SST3-LEJ和SST4-LEJ與SS-LEJ、Inverted Bending-Orthogonal鉸鏈進行了彎曲性能和抗拉壓性能的比較,得出SST3-LEJ和SST4-LEJ的彎曲性能介于SS-LEJ和Inverted Bending-Orthogonal鉸鏈之間,抗拉壓性能優于SS-LEJ和Inverted Bending-Orthogonal鉸鏈,說明SST3-LEJ和SST4-LEJ的整體性能較好,達到了預期的設計目的,為大柔度柔性鉸鏈的設計提供了一種思路.
