Calibration method for the noninvasive current measurement of multicore cables based on two-step estimation

  • 摘要: 為了解決多芯電纜的非侵入式電流測量由于被測對象信號微弱、系統靈敏度高、易受環境因素干擾,造成測量誤差較大的問題,采用磁阻傳感器的非侵入式電流測量系統為研究對象,在分析系統測量方法及硬鐵、軟鐵和比例因子等誤差構成的基礎上,提出一種基于二步法的誤差校正方法,該方法通過對傳感器輸出信號進行非線性變換,構造了與誤差相對應的矩陣方程,并在對方程求解后進行非線性回歸計算,從而實現對多芯電纜的電流測量值的動態誤差修正.實驗結果表明,該方法可以同時校正非侵入式電流測量系統的線性誤差與部分非線性誤差.
