Effect of charging processes on the austenite grain refinement of continuously cast slabs during reheating

  • 摘要: 連鑄坯下線至加熱爐的溫度制度及其表層組織演變與熱送或粗軋裂紋密切相關.基于熱模擬實驗分析了送裝工藝對奧氏體轉變特征和再加熱晶粒尺寸的影響.高溫共聚焦激光掃描顯微鏡原位觀察表明,含Nb J55鋼在雙相區700℃熱裝時,組織為晶界膜狀先共析鐵素體、魏氏體和大量殘留奧氏體,再加熱至1200℃,奧氏體晶粒大小、位置都不變;單相區600℃溫裝時,組織為大量鐵素體+珠光體,再加熱至1200℃時,奧氏體晶粒明顯細化.馬弗爐模擬SS400鋼雙相區不同熱裝溫度發現,鐵素體轉變量至少達70%時才可細化再加熱后的奧氏體晶粒.在臨界轉變量以上,基體中鐵素體轉變量越多晶粒細化程度越明顯.
