Physical simulation of internal crack healing in a heavy-forged billet

  • 摘要: 針對鍛造過程中鋼錠內部裂紋缺陷的愈合情況進行研究,設計了裂紋愈合的實驗室模擬實驗與工業級模擬實驗.通過在Gleeble熱壓縮試樣中預制裂紋缺陷,研究了變形溫度和變形量對內部裂紋愈合的影響,發現變形溫度越高,變形量越大,內裂紋的愈合效果越好.為了驗證Gleeble實驗結果的準確性,保證其結果在實際鍛造生產中的適用性,設計了鍛件內部裂紋愈合的工業級模擬實驗.結果表明在1200℃,變形量為40%時,可以有效焊合鍛件內部裂紋.
