Development and application of a new comprehensive grouting reinforcement test system

  • 摘要: 針對現有注漿加固試驗裝置難以平衡高壓注漿所需密封效果和多功能試驗所需空間結構的缺點,研制了一套新型多功能綜合注漿加固試驗系統.該試驗系統的優點為:(1)尺寸適中、結構合理,既具有布設監測元件的試驗空間又具有良好的密封效果;(2)適用范圍廣,可針對不同巖土體介質開展多類注漿加固試驗;(3)具備多元物理信息并行采集功能;(4)可同時滿足加固體宏觀物理力學性質測試及漿-巖界面微觀耦合機制的研究需求.該系統成功應用于斷層角礫介質注漿加固室內模擬試驗,分別從應力響應-傳遞特征、加固體強度增長規律及加固模式等方面探究了斷層角礫介質的注漿加固機理,提出了角礫介質強度增長的經驗公式,揭示了加固過程中注漿壓力的傳遞分配機制.
