The fabrication and spectrum characteristic of high-organized 3D photonic crystal

摘要: 利用重力自組裝方式獲得了聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene,PS)微球三維有序結構的光子晶體模板.借助毛細管力作用,將BPS(B₂O₃-P₂O₅-SiO₂)溶膠填充到PS蛋白石模板,制備出層數可控的PS蛋白石及網狀BPS反蛋白石模板.吸收及透射光譜表明,光子帶隙位置因PS固化時收縮而表現出較大幅度的藍移.XRD衍射圖表明BPS在燒結過程中,隨溫度升高,BPO₄晶相增加,將影響BPS骨架結構的介電常數.

Abstract: Number controlled polystyrene(PS) opals were self-assembled 3D photonic crystal(PC).B₂O₃-P₂O₅-SiO₂(BPS) inverse opals were fabricated by capillary force infiltrating BPS and selecting removing the PS ball.Absorption and transmission spectrum indicated that photonic band gap(PBG) was blue shifted obviously.XRD shows that the BPO₄ crystal phase was increased with the temperature increasing,which might change the dielectric constant and should be paid attention for the PC usage.
