Analysis of the Thermodynamic Property of Fe-C-V Melt

摘要: 根據第3組元V對C的飽和溶解度的影響與溫度無關規則,利用不同溫度下C在FeV熔體中的飽和溶解度,得到C在Fe-V熔體中的飽和溶解度關系式.根據該關系式計算出適合不同溫度的Fe-C-V熔體的活度相互作用系數,并用計算結果分析了含釩鐵水的提釩保碳轉化溫度,預測的轉化溫度與生產實踐比較接近.Abstract: The temperature independence law of the effect of third component on the saturated solubility of carbon in Fe-V melt was put forward,and the solubility expression of carbon in Fe-V melt was got with the saturated solubility of carbon of this work and reference data at different temperature, and these thermodynamic property parameters were calculated. At the same time the applied analysis for the transition temperature of vanadium oxidization were carried out and the result approaching the practical production was made.
