Analyses of Gas Reforming Process for Energy Utilization in Smelting Reduction

摘要: 通過對熔融還原煤氣改質過程模型計算分析,得到不同改質條件下進、出改質爐煤氣成分、溫度的相互關系,以及過程的能量利用狀況.研究表明,煤氣改質過程可以節約二步法熔融還原的能量消耗,在自平衡條件下,可以達到最佳效果.Abstract: Calculating and analyzing the gas reforming result of smelting reduction process by modeling method. The relationship of the gases composition and temperature before and after reforming is obtained. It shows that the energy consumption in smelting reduction process will reduced by this way and the best condition is gas reforming at self-balance operation area.
