Deformation Characteristic of Drawing Flux-cored Welding Wires with Roller Dies

摘要: 利用MTS材料試驗機等研究了固定模與輥模拉拔藥芯焊絲的變形特點和工藝特點,給出了變形參數、力能參數、粉末流動等實驗結果.結果認為,輥模拉拔具有良好的成型性和較低拉拔力的變形分配條件.

Abstract: Based on the experiments with MTS material testing machine, the characters of the deformation and technology in drawing flux-cored welding wires through conventional dies and roller dies have been analyzed. Experiment data about deformation parameters, force and engrgy parameters, powder flow, lubricating, et al. is obtained.Good foring ability and deformation distribution which decreases drawing force are proposed in roller dies drawing.
