Computer Diagnosis and Optimization of Rolling Parameters during the Cross-Rolling Elongation Process

摘要: 用計算機作為工具,用數值模擬的方法,分析了二輥式鋼管斜軋延伸各工藝參數對金屬變形的影響。在此基礎上,建立了保證軋制過程順利進行的診斷判據,并以提高軋制效率、優化變形為目標,建立了優化準則.最后,在微機上實現了整套系統。Abstract: Based on the simulation of the influence of the two-roll cross-rolling elonga-tion parameters on metal flow, the diagnosis rules which to ensure the rolling process to be carried out successfully are set up. And the optimization rules are also set up in order to improve the rolling productivity and to optimize the metal flow. The diagnosis and opti-mization system has been implemented on personal computer.
