摘要: 提出了一種可同時快速更換軋輥和導衛裝置的高剛度軋機機座，適用于棒材、線材和型材軋制.該機座在機架上安裝一個稱為卡式箱的裝置，卡式箱內可以預裝軋輥和導衛，并在軋制線外調整好，可以實現軋輥和導衛一次吊裝，快速更換.Abstract: A high rigidity mill stand in which the roll can be quickly changed together with guide as been proposed. This type of stand is suitable for bar, wire and section steel rolling. A device named "CASSETE" is mountal on the mill housing. The roll and guide can be premounted in the cassete, and adjusted off line. With the cassete, the roll and guide can be hoisted and mounted at the same time.
