Surface Metallization of Diamond

摘要: 用真空蒸鍍法在金剛石表面鍍覆Ti層,并經擴散處理使金剛石表面形成TiC膜,實現了金剛石表面的金屬化.X射線衍射分析證實了TiC的存在,利用XPS定量分析驗證了在金剛石表面碳原子與鈦鍍層之間的反應擴散模型.經表面金屬化的金剛石燒結體的力學性能測試表明,金剛石與粉末合金界面上的結合得到增強Abstract: A thin film of titanium carbide is obtained by vacuum evaporating of titanium. With diffusion treatment, the existance of titanium carbide is identified by X-ray diffraction analysis. Quantatitive analysis is made by XPS to invetigate diffusion of carbon atom between diamond and titanium film. Mechanical properties of sintered samples indicate that the binding between diamond and binder is strengthened.
