Research and Application of Low Lead Antimong Alloy Based on Secondary Lead

摘要: 提出了精煉凈化再生鉛的工藝及原理,經處理過的再生鉛可以用來配制蓄電池用低銻合金。對高銻合金、普通低銻合金、再生鉛低銻合金進行了對比試驗與討論。結果表明再生鉛低銻合金充分利用了Sb、Cu、Bi等有用元素,具有較好的鑄造性能、耐蝕性能、抗拉強度及電性能,且成本較低。

Abstract: The process and principle to refine and alloy the secondary lead are proposed. Low-antimony alloy of lead-acid storage battery can be made from treated secondary lead. The high-antimony alloy, regular low-antimony alloy and secondary lead Low-antimony alloy have been compared in different experiments. Because some elements such as antimony, copper and bismuth are fully utilized in Low-antimony alloy based on secondary lead. This alloy has a low cost and good properties of casting, corrosion resistance, tensile strength and electricity.
