摘要: 板材軋機上一對帶特殊輥型的工作輥軸向相對移動時,可改變輥縫凸度,調節板形.通過對這類輥型的研究,特別是對三次輥型的研究和CVC輥型的破譯,給出了確定輥型參數的方法,并指出了CVC輥型和UPC輥型的區別及應用范圍.

Abstract: The gap crown between two work rolls of plate mills and the strip shape can be adjusted by axial shifting of the work rolls, both of them have a special contour. By the research on the function of the work roll contour. especially on the 3 power series function and the CVC roll contour function. a way to determine the contour parameters was found.The difference between CVC & UPC work rolls and the application of them was discussed.
