摘要: 對起動工作制滾筒式飛剪刃剪的回轉半徑和傳動系統的傳動速比進行分析,從而得到了剪刃回轉半徑和傳動速比對飛剪的起動性能、傳動系統的強度、主電機的負載等的影響,為設計者合理地確定剪刃回轉半徑和傳動速比提供了理論依據。Abstract: For rotary flying shears in a starting working state, it have an obvious effect of the rotary radius of its knife-edge and the ratio of its drive gear on the starting time, the strength of the driving parts and the operating load of main motor. The rotary radius of the knife-edge and the ratio of the drive gear are expressed.
