某些計算公式在GH220合金中的應用

Application of some Calculating Formulae to Superalloy GH220

摘要: 利用文獻中一些計算公式對GH220合金中γ′相wt％、Vol％、化學組成式、合金錯配度、γ及γ′的密度和合金的密度進行了計算,計算值與實驗值吻合得很好,表明這些公式在GH220合金中的適用性。還計算了不同W、Mo、Al、Ti、V含量的GH220合金的Nv及NVO得出Nv≤2.30不出現μ針狀相。Abstract: Chemical composition of gamma prime phase of alloy, the density of gamma, gamma prime and of alloy have been calculated with some formulae in references. The results of calculation agree with the measured results. span style="text-decoration:overline">NV and NVC in GH220 alloy with different content of W, Mo, Al, Ti and V are calculated too. There is not needlelike Mu phase if span style="text-decoration:overline">NV≤2.30.
