The Analysis of Spread in Rolling by the Finite Element Method

  • In this paper, according to the rigid-plastic finite element method we have analized the three dimenssional flow of metal in the rolling by 20 nodals curved hexahedron isoparametric element.The three dimenssional flow velocity fi-eed of metal in the rolling and the deformed Shape of workpiece in steady-state flow have been obtained. The results got from computation have compared with the experiments.
