電鍍鋅鋼板CrO3-H3PO4-SiO2體系鈍化膜

Passive Film Formed from CrO3-H3PO4-SiO2 Systems on Galvanized Steel Sheet

  • 摘要: 研究了電鍍鋅鋼板CrO3-H3PO4-SiO2體系純化膜的成分與結構,并對鈍化膜的耐蝕性及其原因進行了探討.結果表明,該鈍化膜是1種由CrO3,Cr(OH)3,CrOOH,ZnCrO4,ZnSiO3Zn3(PO4)2,CrPO4和SiO2等化合物組成的、具有凝膠網絡狀結構的厚型復合轉化膜.這種膜具有良好的屏蔽效應和緩蝕作用,能明顯地改善鍍鋅鋼板抗白銹的能力.它的耐蝕性是CrO3-SiO2體系鈍化膜的3倍.

     

    Abstract: The composition and structure of passive film formed from CrO3-H3PO4SiO2, systems on galvanized steel sheet were inveshgated, the corrosion resistance and its protective causes of the film were also discussed. The experimental results showed thatthe film is a thick type of complex conversion coating with gelatinous net structure containing CrO3, Cr(OH)3, CrOOH, ZnCrO4, ZnSiO3, Zn3(PO3)2, CrPO4 and SiO2, etc. The white rust-resisting property of the film is of three times better than that of film formed from CrO3-SiO2, systems because of good shielding and inhibiting.
